Happy Wednesday! I hope you all are off to a great week! I can’t believe it’s February, the first month of the year flew by!
Welcome back to part 2 of “the beauty of love” series. We are only 14 days away from Valentine’s day. Woo it’ll be here in no time! Today I will be focusing on the beauty of love in friendships.
Even though you have your family and often times a significant other to lean on, there are certain relationships that just fill your heart with joy. Friendships are a beautiful part of life. See, family was given to you from birth and that relationship is beautiful in itself but friendships are 100% your choice.
The people that you choose to call friends are handpicked by you! It’s amazing the strong bond you can create with a person that you haven’t known since you were born. Having a friend means having someone you can rely on when you’re away from your family. I think that it’s important to celebrate those friendships that are dear to your heart and take care of them. So let’s celebrate our friends this Valentine’s Day!
Today’s look is perfect for a Galentine’s Day celebration with your BFF’s. It is super casual, chic and it’s easy to recreate!
I am all about the silky top trend! It is so perfect for Valentine’s day! I love the lace detail on this top. 
I decided to pair the pretty pink top with my fave white jeans. This look is so versatile, you could even pair it with regular blue jeans if you wanted. I personally like the way pink and white look together.
I love everything about this look but my absolute favorite item are these rose gold oxfords! They are so chic and super comfy. The moment I saw them on JustFab’s website I knew I had to get my hands on them. They are the perfect color for Valentine’s Day festivities. I’ve already received so many compliments on them.
I added this fun hat to add a chic vibe to the whole look. I decided to layer my choker/bracelet with my fave dainty gold necklace. I love the heart and key detail on the necklace and it’s perfect for the occasion.
I obviously had to add my rose gold watch to match my shoes! My black and off white crossbody just pulls the whole look together.
Fun Fact: My sunnies are from a little stand that I bought inside of New York New York when I went to Vegas last summer and they were ONLY $3!

Alright, so we all know it’s getting close to that time of the year again. The time when all the stores are filled with lovey dovey stuff. Yup Valentine’s Day, a day when everyone celebrates love. Personally, I like to celebrate love every day. With that being said, I am starting a new series called “The Beauty of Love” for this Valentine’s day season.
In this mini series I will be sharing outfit ideas for Valentine’s Day but in addition to outfit inspo, I will also be sharing about the beauty of love from different perspectives!
The Beauty of Love: Family
Love is something so beautiful and often times hard to understand. There are different types of love. There’s love for your family, friends and your partner. The love for family is something so strong and unbreakable. In my case, my parents and siblings are the people I learned to love first. It’s a beautiful thing when you know for certain that no matter what happens in your life, you will always have your family’s love to lean on. This Valentine’s Day season (and every day for that matter) don’t forget about the people who have been there from the very beginning, your family.
This apricot dress is just perfect for Valentine’s day. The lace detail gives it a romantic vibe that I am obsessed with!
I decided to style this dress with a pair of wedges and a black crossbody.
To add a pop of color a wore my fave pink matte lipstick !
Although, the top of the dress has a lot of details I felt like I was missing something. I added this gorgeous pink choker. I love how it just casually sits without being too overbearing or taking attention away from the peter pan collar.
